By installing, accessing, or using Curetfy COD Form ("the App", "our App", "Service"), you ("Merchant", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.
Curetfy COD Form is a Shopify application that provides:
You must have an active Shopify store to use our App. You are responsible for maintaining your Shopify account in good standing.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Service.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during installation and to update such information as necessary.
New merchants may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically enrolled in a paid plan unless you uninstall the App.
Subscription fees are billed through Shopify's billing system. By subscribing, you authorize Shopify to charge your payment method on file.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after pricing changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused portions.

The App, including all code, design, features, documentation, and content, is owned by CURET / Curetcore and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.
You retain ownership of your store data, customer information, and order data. By using the App, you grant us a license to process this data solely to provide the Service.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App integrates with third-party services including Shopify and WhatsApp. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or performance.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee any specific increase in sales or conversions.
WhatsApp functionality depends on WhatsApp's service availability. We are not responsible for WhatsApp outages or changes to their service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CURET / CURETCORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CURET / Curetcore from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for:
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 48 hours per Shopify requirements, after which it will be permanently deleted.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CURET / Curetcore is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CURET / Curetcore regarding the App.
